80AD is a YA 8+ series of books inspired by my son, Leonidis.  Being dyslexic, he found the fat, overlong adventure novels too daunting.  There was a need for fast-paced, high-level language adventure books for kids in the 8-16 year agegroup. Thus was born the 80AD - five books,each set in different country almost 2000 years ago.  Complete with swashbuckling swordfights, Romans, treasure, druids, Elves, dragons a dash of romance and an evil overlord to defeat, the 80AD series will keep both boys and girls enthralled to the last book.  You might even learn a few things about ancient history along the way.
